Native to Southeast Asia, the key lime is smaller and boasts additional tart flavor than Persian limes. Use our sweet, floral Key Lime Balsamic in shrubs, mixed cocktails, over berries or cut up fruit. Mix it with our Jalapeno balsamic as a salad dressing or marinade for chicken and seafood. It also makes an excellent reduction on cheesecakes, fresh fruit or fruit salads.

Pairs well with Baklouti Green Chili, Cayenne Chili, Chipotle, Lemon, Herbs de Provence, Garlic, Cilantro & Roasted Onion olive oils to name a few.
