Chipotle Pasta

  • 8oz. bow tie pasta
  • 1/4cup Loide’ Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 3Tbs. Loide’ pesto
  • 2Tbs. chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4cup drained and chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/3cup coarsely chopped Loide’ Kalmata Olives
  • 1/4cup Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain and return to pot, removing pan from stove.
  3. Stir in Chipotle Olive Oil and remaining ingredients mixing well.
