Chipotle Pita Chips

  • 1small whole wheat pita
  • 1Tbs. Loide’ Chipotle Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. Cut pita into four pie shaped pieces and separate at the fold resulting in 8 pieces.
  2. Brush the inner side with Chipotle Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place prepared pita in a single layer on a baking sheet, olive oil side up. Bake for 10 minutes or until browned.
  4. Other Loide’ oils that would be delicious in this recipe are Tuscan Herb, Wild Mushroom and Sage, Rosemary, Baklouti Green Chili, Harissa, and Cayenne.
