Coleslaw with Serrano Honey and Persian Lime Olive Oil

Ingredients
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1Tbs. Loide’ Serrano Honey Vinegar
  • 3 chopped green onion
  • 4Tbs. chopped fresh cilantra leaves
  • 2 1/2Tbs. Loide’ local honey
  • 1/3cup Loide’ Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • 1bag coleslaw mix
  • salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except the coleslaw in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place coleslaw in a large bowl and toss with the dressing.
  4. Let rest a minimum 30 minutes before serving.
