Coleslaw with Serrano Honey and Persian Lime Olive Oil

juice of 2 limes

Loide’ Serrano Honey Vinegar

chopped green onion

chopped fresh cilantra leaves

Loide’ local honey

Loide’ Persian Lime Olive Oil

coleslaw mix
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the coleslaw in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place coleslaw in a large bowl and toss with the dressing.
Let rest a minimum 30 minutes before serving.
