Garlic Broccoli with Cashews

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2pounds fresh broccolicut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2cup Loide’ Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1Tbs. Loide’ Maple Balsamic
  • 3Tbs. Maruso Soy Sauce
  • 2Tsp. Loide’ Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/3cup chopped salted cashews
Instructions
  1. Place the broccoli in a large pot with 1-1/2 inches of water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook until tender but still crisp.
  3. Drain and arrange on a platter.
  4. Mix Garlic Oil, Maple Balsamic, Soy Sauce, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, and pepper and heat in pan.
  5. Remove from stove when hot and add the cashews.
  6. Pour over broccoli and serve immediately.
