Due to the nature of our products, Loide’ Oils & Vinegars has a “no returns” policy. We can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for an exchange on an olive oil or balsamic, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Dishes, cruets, misters, items related to food use.
To complete your exchange of an olive oil or balsamic, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
