Offering a stunning golden hue with bright red flecks of chili suspended within.  It makes a great addition to salsa, cerviche, bloody marys, and shrimp. Delicious drizzled over sliced tomato and fresh cheese. Add it to dressings for leafy greens, potato, pasta, and rice salads. Toss with sliced strawberries and a grinding of black pepper for dessert. Pair it with Toasted Sesame for a deep rich flavor or Blood Orange oil for a beautiful cabbage slaw.      Pairs well with our Eureka Lemon, Persian Lime, Harissa, Garlic, Chipotle, Blood Orange, and Spicy Calabrian Pesto Olive Oils. Combines great with other Balsamic Vinegars like Blackberry-Ginger, Sicilian Lemon, Jalapeno,  and Espresso.
