- 8 oz. bow tie pasta
- 1/4 cup Loide' Chipotle Olive Oil
- 3 Tbs. Loide' pesto
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup drained and chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped Loide' Kalmata Olives
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and return to pot, removing pan from stove.
- Stir in Chipotle Olive Oil and remaining ingredients mixing well.
