- juice of 2 limes
- 1 Tbs. Loide' Serrano Honey Vinegar
- 3 chopped green onion
- 4 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantra leaves
- 2 1/2 Tbs. Loide' local honey
- 1/3 cup Loide' Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients except the coleslaw in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place coleslaw in a large bowl and toss with the dressing.
- Let rest a minimum 30 minutes before serving.
